I will always aim to deliver/post non bespoke items within 3 weeks, but if your order is urgent, please get in touch.
Bespoke items can take up to 4 weeks.
International orders (outside of the UK) may be subject to taxes and import duties when they reach their final destination. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
I hope you love your new jewellery, but If you are not completely satisfied please notify me via e-mail within 14 days of the purchase. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the unwanted items.
All items will have to be unworn, in the original condition and packaging.
Returns are at the customers expense and own risk. We recommend that items are returned securely with a tracking service.
Please note that artwork and bespoke pieces cannot be returned. Please check the Item’s notes before purchasing and if in doubt, get in touch.
